It is about connecting with our tools and being. We honor the sand and the soil and everything that springs forth. Our utilitarian tools and luxe accessories should be used and cherished from the fishing boat to the dinner party.
About Uncorked Originals by Sterling Brooke
Uncorked Originals, utilitarian luxe wares are inspired by nature. Hand finished on the Emerald Coast of Florida, Uncorked Originals are not just goods and provisions they are an experience. A return to craftsmanship, pride, and utility. A movement.
Sterling Brooke created her very first single hinged wine opener as a gift for her husband in 2011. After much coaxing from family and friends, she opened an Etsy shop and sold her first piece in 2012. Within a year, 100's had sold and the decision was made to take it to the next level and offer wholesale. Enter Sean, the business savvy entrepreneur. Together, they began peddling their wares to higher end gift shops, wine stores and home stores along Florida's Emerald Coast. As the business organically grew, Amy came on the scene in 2014 and, together, this trio took Uncorked Originals to the big leagues. Today, goods by Sterling Brooke are sold in over 500 retailers across the United States and a few internationally. Sterling still sells to lovers of bespoke goods from her Etsy shop, refusing to neglect those that supported her in her early days.
Sterling Brooke is dedicated to honoring the hardworking and unabashedly devoted man in her life. Though she is known for eating cheese toast on china while wearing work shirts and flannels- a style adopted from her father who built her childhood home, it is not uncommon to find her gracefully garbed, drinking scotch with Quint and dining under exquisite chandeliers- a practice eagerly embraced from her grandmother’s penchant for the finer things in life.
